30-day money-back guarantee
- Email support@hushmask.com within 30 days of your purchase, from the address you used at checkout or with your license key.
- No reason is required. We usually process requests within 2 business days.
- The full amount, including any tax charged, is returned to your original payment method by Stripe. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to show it.
After a refund
- Your license key is deactivated and Pro features turn off on its next check.
- Your saved masks are never deleted. Masks that fit within the free version keep working; you can export the rest.
After 30 days
Purchases are generally final after 30 days. If something is wrong, such as a duplicate purchase or HushMask not working on your system, write to us anyway and we will look at it fairly. This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.
